Waiting for a replacement

On August 16, 2026, I emailed the owner that I wanted a refund of the “He Belongs to Me” shirt I purchased. The shirt I received was cream but the black was washed out and didn’t look good. I included a photo of the shirt.

I sent a follow-up email on August 19 after not receiving a response. The owner responded and asked me to resend the photo. I responded the next day, August 20, with the reattached photo. The owner said she would send me the tracking information of a replacement shirt. As of August 25, I have not received any tracking information.

Hi Victoria, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I just sent you tracking information. Pieces are ALL made to order and your tracking was just created yesterday. Typically I wait until the shipment is actually moving but I just sent it to you so you have some peace of mind. Thank you.

The shirt is cold! My Daughter loves it!
