ABOUT THE KASHMIRVIII SHIPPING PROCESS:

Most items are made to order, so it is important that you give your package up to (but not more than) 2.5 weeks for delivery for all items. f your tracking number has went days without updating, it is because your item is still traveling from overseas and has NOT YET reached the states to update. Please be patient, your order is not lost or delayed, it is in transit.

Often, you may not automatically receive tracking information for your order. However, tracking information IS available upon request for all Domestic orders, and if you wish to request your tracking number/information you can email artbykashmir@gmail.com or send a message through the contact page and i'll be more than happy to get that to you!

Please note that not all items are sent from the same manufacturer, so if you only receive part of your order, rest assured the rest of it is on the way. If you believe your order is taking longer than it should be (you placed an order more than two weeks ago and it has not yet arrived or more than 4 weeks ago) please be sure to contact.
