ABOUT THE KASHMIRVIII SHIPPING PROCESS:
Most items are made to order, so it is important that you give your package up to (but not more than) 3 weeks for delivery for all items. Our shipping process is a two step system. Your item first ships from overseas, and then once in the states it is sorted and shipped to you. If your tracking number has went days without updating, it is because your item is still traveling from overseas and has NOT YET reached the states to update. Please be patient, your order is not lost or delayed, it is in transit.
Often, you may not automatically receive tracking information for your order. However, tracking information IS available upon request for all Domestic orders, and if you wish to request your tracking number/information you can email artbykashmir@gmail.com or send a message through the contact page and i'll be more than happy to get that to you!
Please note that not all items are sent from the same manufacturer, so if you only receive part of your order, rest assured the rest of it is on the way. If you believe your order is taking longer than it should be (you placed an order more than two weeks ago and it has not yet arrived or more than 4 weeks ago) please be sure to contact.

I gave you the wrong address with my order, what should I do?
Please email me the correct address as soon as you can to artbykashmir@gmail.com. There is normally a 2 day window before your order ships to make changes. Please note, once your order has shipped I can not change the shipping address nor am I responsible for packages sent to the wrong address as no fault of my own.
My item(s) does not fit and/or I am not satisfied with my item(s). What is your return policy?
While I do not accept returns unless your order was received damaged, I do however accept exchanges or can issue you a store credit. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, I'll be more than happy to swap out sizes and/or items for you, or provide you with a store credit that does not expire, so you can use it in the future. If your item was received and was damaged upon arrival, I'll be more than happy to either refund you if you'd like to send that item back, or exchange your item.
I placed an order with you, but I need to cancel it.
If your order has not been shipped, I am able to cancel your order and refund you your money. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will have to return your items to me upon receiving them and can then receive a store credit or exchange those items for something else.
I have not received tracking info for my order, has my order shipped?
Many times, you will not automatically receive tracking info. However, that does not mean tracking information for your order is not available. Please email artbykashmir@gmail.com with your name and order number, and i'll be more than happy to provide tracking information to you once your order has shipped!
I am purchasing for a friend and I don't want them to know how much I paid.
Orders do not come with any papers or packaging slips that include prices of the items purchased. Your confirmation email has this information if you would like it for your own keeping, but if you're sending something to a friend, dont worry - they won't know how much you paid.
I see that you live in Atlanta, can I order online and pick up my purchase?
Because many of my items are both printed and shipped directly from my manufacturer, I may not always have a huge selection of product on hand. However, I do at times have a random selection of goodies at my disposal. If you're looking for a certain item and need it right away, you can email me at artbykashmir@gmail.com or use the contact page of the site, to find out exactly what I have that you can pick up that day or within days of your order.
Do you have wholesale pricing?
Yes! I do wholesale pricing as well. For a price list, email artbykashmir@gmail.com with what item(s) and the quantity of said item(s) you would like to buy.

Are these products 100% natural?
Please note, most items sold on our site are NOT 100% natural in content, though our items are made with mostly natural ingredients. There are, however, some products that ARE 100% natural, and it will state that in the product description.
My tracking has been in "pre-shipment" for some time, is it lost?
Receiving your tracking number means I have printed your shipping label, but not necessarily that your order has shipped. I try to ship orders within a few days after printing the shipping label, however, delays can occur. If your order has been in "pre-shipment" more than a week, feel free to reach out to us so that we can tell you if your order is actually lost, or if your package is still in our possession.
What is your return policy?
Because of the nature of these items, returns are not accepted and all items are final sale, except in the event you have received damaged goods upon arrival.

If your order has not been shipped, I am able to cancel your order and refund you your money. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will have to return your items to me upon receiving them and can then receive a store credit or exchange those items for something else. Package must be in its original state and un-opened/tampered with in order to receive money back for a refund.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
You will automatically receive tracking information to the email that you provided during checkout.
The item I want is out of stock, will it be back soon?
If an item is going to be gone for good, I normally take it down from the website. If something is sold out, it should be back within one week of it being sold out.
